Last updated: August 1, 2026

This policy applies to use of AfterCrash websites, software, AI features, communications, and related services. It supplements the Terms of Use and any customer agreement.

Use the platform lawfully

You may not use AfterCrash to violate applicable law, court rules, professional-responsibility obligations, privacy rights, advertising rules, or the rights of another person.

Do not use AI as legal judgment

Do not configure, present, or rely on AfterCrash as a substitute for a lawyer. The platform must not be used to provide legal advice, determine liability, promise representation, invent case values, guarantee outcomes, or make final legal decisions.

Do not select or rank lawyers for consumers

AfterCrash may not be used to claim that its AI identifies the “best” lawyer, ranks attorneys for a consumer, or disguises paid placement as an independent recommendation. Consumers must choose the law firm.

Protect sensitive information

Do not place sensitive accident, medical, financial, document, or matter details in ordinary SMS, email, advertising, or other insecure channels. Use authorized secure workflows and respect consent, retention, and access requirements.

No harmful or deceptive activity

You may not use the platform for fraud, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, malicious code, security testing without written permission, spam, misleading claims, or attempts to bypass access controls or usage limits.

Responsible communications

You are responsible for the content you approve and send, required consent, opt-out handling, calling and messaging rules, advertising review, and maintaining accurate firm disclosures.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, customers, the platform, or comply with law. Material violations may result in termination under the applicable agreement.

Report a concern

Report suspected abuse or security concerns to support@aftercrashclaims.com.
