Brilliant Empire LLC ("AfterCrash," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS/MMS messaging program related to the AfterCrash platform at AfterCrashClaims.com. These SMS Campaign Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in that program. They supplement our Terms of Service and SMS Campaign Privacy Policy.

AfterCrash is a technology and advertising platform. We are not a law firm or healthcare provider and do not provide legal or medical advice.

Program description

If you opt in, AfterCrash may send text messages about your requested assessment, phone verification, appointment or consultation coordination, secure portal updates, and related platform notices. Messages may be informational or transactional in nature based on your requests and preferences.

Eligibility and consent

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in to SMS, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and that you agree to these SMS Terms. Consent to receive texts is not required to use AfterCrash, hire a lawyer, or receive medical care. You may decline messaging and still use the platform where available.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. AfterCrash is not responsible for carrier charges.

How to opt out and get help

• Reply STOP to any AfterCrash text to cancel the messaging program. You may receive a one-time confirmation.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@aftercrashclaims.com.
• Supported keywords may also include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT for opt-out, and START, YES, or UNSTOP where re-opt-in is offered.

Supported carriers

The messaging program is intended for major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or network conditions.

Privacy

How we handle mobile numbers and related information is described in our SMS Campaign Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or SMS consent.

Changes and termination

We may update these SMS Terms or modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We may suspend messaging for misuse, invalid numbers, or legal / carrier compliance reasons.
